Light as Silk face moisturizer is made with Kpangnan Butter, Sweet Almond Oil, Jojoba Oil, Argan Oil, Rosehips Seed Oil and Frakincense Hydrosol.
Kpangnan Butter (pronounced Pan-ya) comes from Africa. Indigenous people use the timber for building and the leaves, bark and roots for medicinal purposes. Traditional medicine has used the butter for chest pain, coughs and muscle strain among other uses.
Sweet Almond Oil is an excellent emollient and an anti-inflammatory. **Nut Allergy**
Argan Oil has properties to help anti-aging and moisturizing.
Jojoba Oil is a very close replica of our very own sebum.
Rosehips Seed Oil is a powerhouse. Vitamin A to support elastin and promote collagen. Vitamin E and Vitamin C to help delay onset of aging and nourishes the skin. Studies show it may help to ease dark spots and UV damange.
Frankincense Hydrosol helps give your skin a fine textured appearance.
**Please note, if you have allergies to any of the oils, butters or hydrosols, we can substitute out one oil for another with a cost difference.
All face creams and butters have Beeswax, (or Carnauba wax for vegan option) and Aloe Vera Gel also.
