Seed oils bad rap.

Seed oils are trending as cooking oils. Coconut and avocado to name a couple. These oils are over refined, and over processed. Any properties that were good for you are removed during the refining process. Seed oils that are processed for skin care, if from a reputable supplier, have not been over processed and all the good is still in them. Omega 3, 6 and 9, phytonutrients and vitamins and much more.
